FAQ´S
When a model is in pre-order it means that it is in the process of production.
A shipment date is indicated on the product sheet for models only available in pre-order.
When a model is on-demand it means that it will be produced upon order.
Consequently, we avoid overproduction while maintaining short delivery periods. The end date of the finished product will be indicated on the product sheet.
If your order has been placed within the hour, you can send an e-mail to customer@helia.store
One we see the transfer in our account, we will cancel your order and proceed to your refund (which will appear on your bank account after a couple of days).
If a model is out of stock on our website, you can choose to be notified of its restock by e-mail by clicking on “notify me when avaible”
We will send you the tracking number by e-mail once the order is made.
Depending on the product availability:
· In stock product: 3 to 6 days
· Pre-ordered item: Indicated on the product sheet
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
We do worldwide shipping.

If the items received do not comply with the order, please follow the RETURN instructions.Click here
The return of the product remains at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded if any of the following conditions is not met:
· Returned products must be new, unused, and, if applicable, in their original box.
· Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (the box containing the purse must be in excellent condition).
· If any returned item is soiled or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.
