RETURNS

Upon receiving the item, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is correct. Any irregularities concerning delivery such as damaged package, missing products, products not in compliance with the order, must be reported within the legally required term, after receiving the order, and by certified letter or by email to this address:  customer@helia.store

HELIA has a 14-day return policy:
– Customer have 14 days, from the date the order is received, to return the purchase back for a refund.
– Returned items must comply with HELIA return policy.

To return an item, please send an email at customer@helia.store  and include the following information : Title of Product Return, Last Name or Company name, Order number, eMail address associated with the Order, Delivery address associated with the Order, Phone number.
Upon receiving your email, we will answer to you with the instructions for returns.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that they were received in. Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original packaging is present and intact. Bags, accessories and jewels must be returned with the original branded boxes, dust bags, cover protection and seals,  tags, labels, cords. Ensure that the protective HELIA seals are intact. The product must be placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

Returns will not be accepted, and a refund will be refused if the product is unsealed by removing the protective cover seal,  or by cutting or removing the cord or unsealing any item of protection.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted, and a refund will be refused.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused.

No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, regardless of the reason.

The costs for the return are for the customer. The cost of return shipping will vary based on country and distance to our warehouse. We do not pay additional custom tax.

The costs and risks pertaining to the return of item(s) are borne by the sender.

HELIA is not responsible for the refund of any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items.

HELIA cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the returned parcel.

After receiving the returned product, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges, duties, or taxes, will not be refunded.


When will I get the refund ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you n e-mail  to notify you that we have received your returned item.   We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
